Focusing on its core hardware machining business, it has accumulated extensive industry experience and developed a mature and reliable process system.
The company has flexible production and adaptation capabilities and is able to undertake the custom manufacturing of a wide range of precision hardware products, including precision screws, nuts, studs, precision shafts, various precision fasteners, non-standard custom hardware parts, precision turned components, as well as disc-type parts, sleeve-type parts, and special-shaped components. Materials processed include carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, and other metal materials.

The products are widely applied across various industries, including electronic communication equipment, medical devices, precision instruments, general machinery, robotics and automation, automotive manufacturing, as well as wind power and photovoltaic energy sectors. From single-piece prototyping to small and medium batch production, Haizhijie is able to meet diverse and customized customer requirements through standardized operating procedures, comprehensive end-to-end quality control, and fast customer response.
The company is equipped with advanced machining equipment, including Japanese TSUGAMI CNC Swiss-type lathes, turn-mill machining centers, and automatic lathes. Among them, the TSUGAMI Swiss-type lathes adopt a sliding headstock machining principle in which the workpiece moves while the tools remain fixed. Combined with a high-rigidity machine bed and an intelligent error compensation system, they enable micron-level tolerance control of up to ±0.001 mm, effectively solving deformation issues in the machining of slender shaft components.
The turn-mill machining centers integrate multiple processes such as turning, milling, drilling, and tapping, allowing complex parts to be completed in a single setup, significantly improving production efficiency and dimensional consistency.
